All Australia orders are shipped from our warehouse in Sydney with Australia Post. A tracking number will be provided.
Orders placed on business days before 12pm Sydney Time (AEST) are shipped the same day.

Returns & Refunds Instructions
We are very certain that you'll love your new Rockycay towels, but if for any reason you don't, any items (unwashed and unused) may be refunded or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. We pay for your return shipping.
Any additional shipping charges such as Standard Post, Express Post or Courier are non-refundable.
All our towels have a lifetime warrany on any manufacturing defects.
Return Instructions:
1. Contact us at towels@rockycay.com.au to request a prepaid Australia Post return label. We will then send the label as an email attachment and return instructions.
2. Once the towels are received by us, your order will be automatically refunded back to the original form of payment.
